Welcome to the Koru Care Southland website!
Every year, for the last sixteen years, Koru Care Southland Charitable Trust have made dreams come true for children with different illnesses and disabilities. Koru Care Southland is made up of a group of committed Southlanders volunteering their time to help fundraise to take these kids on a holiday they will never forget. Every trip sees a number of lucky children winging their way to the USA or the Gold Coast for a week long action packed holiday of a lifetime! No theme park is left unturned!
Koru Care fundraises every penny to provide these children with:
 Airfares- Accommodation
- Entry to all the attractions
- Meals
- Medical care and 24 hour caregivers
You only need to see the smiles on their faces to appreciate what a difference this trip can make to these children's outlook and wellbeing!
Koru Care is a registered Charitable Trust reliant upon monetary donations from community organisations, the public and by regular donations from the staff of Air New Zealand. The committee also organises numerous fund-raising activities throughout the year.
